The grapes are entirely destemmed and fermented in a mix of new wooden vats for the top end wines and stainless steel for the lesser cuvées

Our Bordeaux blend of 66% Cabernet, 29% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot is a real treat with bloody beef, rich sauces and earthy veg.
