Texture Is Rhythm: Touching the Surface Of Berlin (Incl Music 4 Cds)

Berlin pulsates with urban energy. Often the rush and hurry of everyday life don t allow for a closer look at the living artwork a city generates. Photographer Petra Horn focuses on the colorful compositions and organic processes she discovers in Berlin s busy streets. Her ready-made textural collages reveal unexpected, visual rhythms. The photography invites the viewer to reach out and touch Berlin. Music CDs: Modern beats mixed with urban sounds, exclusively produced and finely tuned to the pictures for this book, provide acoustic company on the trip.
