What Ketab.pk is

Ketab.pk is a marketplace where independent sellers list books, e-books and stationery. When you order, you buy from the seller, who ships with their own courier. Ketab.pk provides the platform, takes the order, applies the marketplace rules and helps resolve problems.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and an SMS code. Keep your phone and codes private. Information you give must be true, including your delivery details.

Orders and payment

Physical books are paid for in cash to the courier on delivery. Please accept and pay for packages you ordered; refused or failed deliveries can lead to cash on delivery being limited or switched off for your number. E-books are paid directly to the seller.

Returns and problems

Rules for reporting problems and returns are in Shipping and returns. Ketab.pk staff may decide a problem report when the seller and the customer disagree.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, place false orders, abuse messaging, or write false reviews. Ketab.pk may limit, pause or suspend accounts and shops that do.

Changes

We may update these terms and the marketplace rules as the platform grows. The date at the top of each page shows when it was last changed.
