What we keep

• Your mobile number, and your name and email if you add them.
• Delivery details you enter at checkout (name, mobile number, address, city) and your saved addresses.
• Your orders, returns, problem reports and reviews.
• Your wishlist and messages with sellers.
• Sign-in codes are stored only as a one-way hash and expire after a few minutes.
• If you subscribe to offers, your email address.

Who sees it

The seller of each package sees the delivery name, mobile number and address of that order so that they can ship it, and nothing about your other orders. Reviews show a shortened name such as Ali K. Ketab.pk staff can see account and order details to run the marketplace and to decide on problem reports. Couriers receive the delivery details from the seller.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security cookie for form protection. Your cart, delivery city and recently used settings are kept in your browser.

Messages

We send order, delivery, return and sign-in messages by SMS and email. Offers are sent only if you turn them on in Account > Profile; you can turn them off at any time.

Your choices

You can edit your name, email and addresses in Account. To ask for your data to be corrected or removed, contact Ketab.pk support from the Help centre.
