Are there limits on cash on delivery?

To keep cash on delivery safe for sellers, some limits apply to each mobile number:

• A first order is limited to Rs 10,000 until you have had a package delivered.
• Up to 3 orders per day.
• After 3 failed deliveries within 90 days, cash on delivery is switched off for the number. Contact support if you think this is a mistake.

Your mobile number is also verified with an SMS code at checkout.
