What do the order statuses mean?

• Placed: your order reached the seller and is waiting for them to accept it.
• Accepted: the seller will prepare your books. Sellers are expected to accept within 24 hours.
• Shipped: the seller handed the package to their courier and added a tracking number.
• Delivered: the package reached you.
• Cancelled: the seller could not fulfil the package. You pay nothing.
• Failed: the courier could not deliver it.
• Returned: a return you requested was accepted.

Each package of an order has its own status.
