How can we help?

Each seller packs and ships their own books with their own courier. If your cart has books from two sellers, your order is split into two packages, each with its own tracking number, delivery time and courier charge.

One order number covers all of them. On the Track my order page every package shows its seller, courier, tracking number and status, so you can see which package is where.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Open Account > Orders, choose the package and report a problem (wrong book, damaged, not as described, missing pages, or other). Add photos if you can.

The seller is asked to reply within 3 days. If seller and customer cannot agree, Ketab.pk staff look at the report and decide. The outcome can be a refund, a replacement, or no action when the report is not valid.

Cash on delivery is the only way to pay for physical books on Ketab.pk. You pay each package to its courier when it arrives, in cash. If your order has three packages from three sellers, you pay three times, once per package, and each amount is shown on your order.

The seller keeps the sale money. Ketab.pk does not collect it: sellers pay Ketab.pk a commission on delivered orders.

E-books are paid directly to the seller, not to a courier. After you order, open Account > My e-books: it shows the amount and the seller's payment details. Send the payment, then message the seller if you want to confirm. When the seller confirms your payment, the book changes to Ready to download and you can download it from My e-books.

Every used listing shows a grade chosen by the seller (Like New, Good or Fair) and, usually, a short condition note. Read the note, and ask the seller a question with Message seller before you order. If a book arrives in worse condition than described, report it within 7 days as Not as described.
